Your ECM and TSSM have talked to each other and have learned a "password" for each other. If something should go wrong with the Race Tuner Upload you may have to "Re-learn" these components. Please note, your ignition is going to be on for 1/2 an hour or so. Take out the Headlight fuse and save the Battery.

1] Run switch to "Run"

2] Cycle Key switch, ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON hit the left turn signal twice

 3] Key switch OFF-ON. Check engine and security should illuminate briefly then turn off

4] Attempt normal start one time. If the engine starts and stalls immediately, check engine lamp stays on.Do not try to start engine again, I have snapped Cam chains when this happens[ trying to start again] Its not pretty! The Password has not been learned, and will throw a trouble code P1009 which stops fuel pump.

5] wait 10 seconds, Security Lamp should lite. The ECM is now in "Password Learn" mode. Do not turn ignition off or anything for atleast 10 minutes or Security Lamp turns off

.6] When the Lamp Turns off Quickly cycle the Key switch OFF - ON and repeat step 5 two more times. After the third cycle you should be able to start your ride. If the Engine starts and stall immediately, you must repeat this procedure from step 1!
